Jim has been in the public accounting and tax industry for over 15 years, ten of those years with JDK, Ltd. Jim's experience includes being a chief financial officer to an independent auditor, and servicing clients ranging from family owned businesses to Governmental entities.
Mr. Plahm received a Bachelor of Science in Business, with an emphasis in Accounting from Saint Mary's University of Winona, MN. Jim is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Illinois Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Jim has served his local Municipality as Treasurer. Jim is also a member of various local community organizations including the Lions Club International, Protective Brotherhood of Elks, and the Veterans of Foreign War.
Jim's outside interests include golf and snowmobiling (not a wise choice for a tax accountant!). |
